Our Principles
SAFETY FIRST
Fun isn’t fun unless everyone’s on the same page. That’s why we’ve laid out a few principles for travelling on our New Zealand tours so you have a Sweet As time.
SAFETY FIRST
We’re not here to babysit... We know better than anyone that when it comes to having fun, safety comes first. Through our guides and suppliers, we create a safe environment where people can be themselves.
We’re not here to babysit, but we do adopt a level of responsibility when it comes to your well-being. So from headwear to footwear, please respect our rules and guidelines.

KNOW YOUR LIMITS
We’re not the fun police — far from it. But we do ask everyone to know their limits.
Our job is to help you have the time of your life, while making sure it’s a good time for everyone. What’s fun for one person might not be someone else’s vibe — and that’s totally okay.
BREAK FROM TRADITION
Travel broadens the mind — or as we like to say, it helps you figure out your own do’s and don’ts. You’re in this just like the rest of us, so whatever your comfort zone, come find out what you’re really capable of on our New Zealand tour.

STREET-WISE
We can’t always have your back — no matter where you're from or what your story is. So to help your trip stay on track, here are a few obvious (but important) tips to keep those smiles going:
-
Don’t flash your cash. You might think it’s cool — others might think it’s an easy target.
-
NZ backpacking’s pretty safe, but lock up your valuables. Most places offer baggage rooms or lockers.
-
Keep an eye on your stuff. Goes without saying — but not everyone’s kind enough to hand things in.
EARLY BIRDS
Beat the crowds. Catch the worm. No excuses — unless your hangover says otherwise.
Make the most of New Zealand by rising early on tour. Trust us, front-row seats to the sunrise are worth it.

MEET THE LOCALS
Break away from the usual traveller crowd — start a conversation with the locals.
Our New Zealand guides (and the people you’ll meet along the way) will enrich your trip in ways no photo stop ever could.
KEEP AN OPEN MIND
Embrace new experiences — and the people who come with them.
Don’t judge the lifestyles around you. Listen to different opinions, even if you disagree, and try seeing things from someone else’s shoes.
Travelling through New Zealand with us, you might just learn something new — about the world and yourself.

RECORD IT
They say a picture’s worth a thousand words — so snap those moments, write a diary, or create a scrapbook.
Nothing captures the magic of your New Zealand tour better than something you can look back on.
