Booking a tour

How do I make a booking?

Simple, just click on ‘See Available Dates’ on the tour you wish to book and select a package or design your perfect holiday. What are you waiting for, Book Online.

Can I change my booking?

No problemo, whether you wish to change your departure date, upgrade to private or you’ve chicken’d out of a skydive, not all activities are locked in.

Due to the nature of our New Zealand tours we pre-book activities to make sure you’re not left out! We cannot guarantee the availability of changes made by you after your booking confirmation. Booking changes will incur a $20 fee per alteration unless made 60 days prior to your departure.

Note that changes made after your full deposit may be subject to cancellation fees and unavailability. We will try our best to amend your booking, just notify us or your Trip Manager ASAP and we’ll sort you out.

Can I cancel my booking?

For reservation cancellations, just let us know and we’ll sadly cross you off the list.
For booking cancellations, note that cancellation fees may apply.

What are the cancellation fees?

Number of days prior to trip departure Cancellation Fee as a percentage of the total trip price
60 days or more $200 Cancellation Fee per person
60-31 days 25% of trip price
30-8 days 50% of trip price
7-1 days 75% of trip price
Day of departure 100% of trip price

Will airfare be included in my tour price?

Unfortunately not, once your booking is confirmed or the trip you’re booking has a (Confirmed Departure) you’ve got the go ahead to book your flights. Just let us know your flight details so we can add them to your booking.

Note that flights should be booked at least a day either side of the tour to ensure you’re where you’re meant to be.

What discounts do you offer on trips?

Heaps! Whether you’re booking as a group, you’re a previous passenger, you’re paying early or buying a last minute deal, contact us.

What’s the early payment discount?

We may offer an early payment discount of up to 5% for trips over 7 days, when full payment is made within 7 days after you’ve received booking confirmation.

Can I extend my payment past due date?

Unfortunately not. Full payment is due no later than 60 days prior to departure. If full payment isn’t made by the due date, we may cancel and forfeit your trip deposit in accordance with our booking terms and conditions.

Where bookings are made for tour departures that are less than 60 days away, full payment must be made.

What’s included in the price of my tour?

Everything you need, including all:

  • + Transport (including coaches, cruises and ferries).
  • + Accommodation from beds, boats and tents.
  • + Meals listed in your meal plan.
  • + Everything mentioned in your itinerary/ package and any extras you purchase.
  • + 24/7 guidance and support.
  • + Baggage security and first aid trained staff.
