Is my booking guaranteed?
Unsure whether the tours 100% running, simple, just either check for the confirmed date badge or when we've given written confirmation that the tour is confirmed.

On some trips we may only take deposits, so don’t be afraid to book on a trip that isn’t yet confirmed.

Can I get a refund on my booking?

Refunds for your booking are possible, but they are subject to our terms and conditions, as well as our Suppliers.

It's crucial to carefully review the terms and conditions at the time of booking to understand our refund policy, including any deadlines and requirements for cancellations or changes. We offer flexible booking options, but the refund amount and eligibility may vary depending on factors like the timing of your cancellation and the type of service you've reserved.

How do I amend my booking?

Whether you wish to change your departure date, upgrade to private or you’ve chicken’d out of a skydive, not all activities are locked in.

Due to the nature of our New Zealand tours we pre-book activities to make sure you’re not left out! We cannot guarantee the availability of changes made by you after your booking confirmation.

We understand that travel plans can change, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests. However, changes made after your full deposit may be subject to cancellation fees and unavailability. Just notify us or your Trip Manager ASAP and we’ll sort you out.

What happens when my tour or activity has been cancelled?
In the rare event that your booking or activity is canceled, we recommend referring to our terms & conditions for guidance. These outline the procedures and policies in place for handling cancellations.

We understand that unexpected cancellations can be disappointing, but depending on the circumstances, you may be eligible for a refund, a rescheduled activity, or an alternative arrangement.
What are the cancellation fees?

As per our Terms & Conditions, see below for our cancellation fees.

Number of days prior to trip departure Cancellation Fee as a percentage of the total trip price
60 days or more $200 Cancellation Fee per person
59-31 days 25% of trip price
30-8 days 50% of trip price
7-1 days 75% of trip price
Day of departure 100% of trip price


Can I extend my payment past the due date?
Unfortunately not. Full payment is due no later than 60 days prior to departure. If full payment isn’t made by the due date, we may cancel and forfeit your trip deposit in accordance with our booking terms and conditions.

Where bookings are made for tour departures that are less than 60 days away, full payment must be made.
